Cooling towers can be devided according to flow of air and water.

Cross flow towers have a fill configuration which the air flows horizontally, across the downward water fall.

Crossflow towers are also sub-classified by the number of fill "banks" and air inlets that are served by each fan.
The fan of a double-flow tower is inducing air through two inlets and across two banks of fill. A single-flow tower has only one air inlet and one fill bank, the remaining three sides of the tower being cased.

KIMCO produces various parts; fan,fill,eliminator,and nozzel. As a result we gain advantages in building and up-grading cooling towers and after sales service. Especially, we are proud of our?? own FILL/ELIMINATOR, as they are made by detailed moulder with CNC lathe , and automatic vacuum molder which is the largest scale in Korea.

3 Service

KIMCO has special team of A/S, Q.C/Q.A System.? Also,? kimco 's experienced spaecialists visit the scene and? conduct tests and analysis over the efficiency of cooling towers.

Efficiency
  At the same level of heat exchange rate, cross-flow needs more capacity by 20~30%. Also it is difficult to analize the theory.
Water distribution
 

Thanks to its gravity type, it is easy to manage and clean water distributor with water flow control valve.
